ProE Mechanical Designer I

Position available for ProE Mechanical Designer with 3+ years work experience using Wildfire 3.

This position will require competency in complex assemblies, solid modeling, surfacing, and sheet metal modules. Knowledge of injection molding, die casting, and various sheet metal production methods will be required. The ability to work closely with product engineers, industrial designers, and marketing personnel is essential. In addition, it will be necessary to communicate solutions to team members through the use of tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point as well as participate in team meetings.

Our firm provides development services to the furniture, consumer products, medical, and automotive industries. Over the past 17 years of business we have provided services both onsite and internal from our 7500 sq ft facility. We are involved on a project level from concept ideation to manufacturing both in collaboration and independent of the customers internal teams. The ability to work closely with our customers engineering and drafting standards and maintain design intent has earned us a long term relationships and stability. In addition, we offer CNC machining, general fabrication, rapid prototype, and model making services from within our facility.
